The Women’s Wellness Routine That’s Actually a Dance Party | EP209

A dance floor full of women becomes the kind of wellness ritual most people did not realize they were desperate for. On Wellness Junkies, host Amy Sherman talks with Laura Baginski of Early Birds Club about a relatable wellness tactic that feels fun, social, and possible for real life. This is the kind of conversation that makes you want to text your friends, make a plan, enjoy the freedom that comes from moving your body without overthinking it. Laura shares why women are showing up for these dance parties in such big numbers and why this idea connects so deeply with people who want more ease, more community, and more fun in their wellness routines.

Amy also gets into the personal side of Laura’s story, including the heart behind the brand and the emotional reason Early Birds Club means so much to the people who attend. You will also hear practical wellness tips, simple beauty routines, and a few honest wellness hacks around sleep, workouts, sunscreen, and doing what actually helps. It is a smart reminder that relatable wellness can look like dancing, laughing, sweating, and feeling like yourself again.
