The Summit for the Wellness Curious (and the Wellness Obsessed) with Eudemonia founder Sean Hoess | EP234

Wellness tips are everywhere right now, and most of them contradict each other. Amy Sherman sits down with Sean Hoess, founder and CEO of Eudēmonia Summit, for a conversation about what is actually worth trying and what is just noise.

Sean co-founded Wanderlust, which grew to 65 events around the world, before he walked away and started something new. He explains the moment he decided the wellness space needed more evidence and less blind faith, and why that belief shaped every part of Eudēmonia from day one.

Amy and Sean get into the areas of wellness Sean thinks deserve more attention, from oral health to the products and materials we use at home. He shares his honest take on what may be overhyped and what he actually finds useful, from red light masks to robotic massage, plus the one very unwellness habit he refuses to give up.

They also talk about why taking your health into your own hands does not mean going it alone, and why Sean built an entire summit around the idea that wellness works better as a team sport. Stick around for his take on what we can learn from athletes like Tom Brady when it comes to longevity, recovery, and staying at the top of your game.

Press play for wellness tips and wellness hacks you can actually use, and see for yourself why Wellness Junkies keeps showing up as one of the best wellness podcasts for women.
